The skull of “Donna del Caviglione” (Woman of Caviglione cave), found at the Late Palaeolithic burial of Cave Caviglione (Balzi Rossi), Italy.
Her skeleton was unearthed in 1872 by archaeologist Emile Rivière.
Her skull is entirely covered by small marine shells and red deer teeth.
