Before hanging out backstage, the duo, along with former British Vogue Editor Edward Enninful presented the Special Recognition Award to Sophia Neophitou-Apostolou. 

The model, 34, put on a leggy display in a pair of leopard print micro shorts which highlighted her endless pins. 

She added to her outfit with a matching jacket which included a belt and featured a plunging neckline. 

The fashionista added long black gloves to her bold ensemble and a matching 1920s-inspired cap. 

Jourdan finished off her look with a pair of black keels and statement green and silver jewellery, styling her hair into a sleek pixie cut. 

And after strutting her stuff on the red carpet ahead of the star-studded event at the Royal Albert Hall, she posed alongside Big Brother presenter AJ, 36.

AJ looked nothing short of gorgeous as she strutted into the awards ceremony in the monochrome look.

The Fashion Awards, presented by jewelry brand Pandora, returned to the iconic London venue the Royal Albert Hall on Monday evening.

Rapper and fashion icon A$AP Rocky will be honoured as a Cultural Innovator after being part of many high profile campaigns this year as well as making his Paris Fashion Week debut.

The gong celebrates a leading innovator and imagemaker in the entertainment industry, who over the course of the year, has created viral fashion moments which have had a profound impact on the fashion industry and wider culture. 

Chairman, Chief Executive and Creative Director of Moncler S.p.A., Remo Ruffini, will receive the Trailblazer Award for his contribution to the fashion industry.

Gucci will receive a Special Recognition Award for the ‘We Will Always Have London’, a campaign by Creative Director Sabato De Sarno captured by pH๏τographer and activist, Nan Goldin.

There are 15 awards up for grabs, including Designer of the Year, Model of the Year, British Menswear Designer of the Year, and British Womenswear Designer of the Year.

In the running for Model of the Year are Alva Claire, Anok Yai, Alex Consani, Liu Wen, Amelia Gray and Mona Tougaard.

Meanwhile John Galliano, Miuccia Prada, Jonathan Anderson, Chemena Kamali, Pieter Mulier and Rick Owens are nominated for Designer of the Year.
