Jessie J earned a staggering £7.6million last year despite not releasing any music.
The Price Tag hitmaker made the astonishing amount in pop earnings – equating to almost £28,000 per day – following her decision to cut ties with record label Republic and manage her own career.
The figures were lodged at Companies House and take her ongoing earnings at Who You Are Ltd and Who You Are Touring Ltd to £9.9 million, although industry figures suggest that the 36-year-old artist could have sold the rights to her back catalogue.
But it is unknown how much Jessie paid herself out of the money.
The singer has not had a hit single in over a decade and her last single, I Want Love, released in 2021, did not chart.
Jessie, who has son Sky, 18 months, with her basketball star partner Chanan Safir Colman, recently described how she was ‘killing it’ after taking control of her own career.
Jessie J raked in £7.6 million last year after cutting ties with her record label – despite not releasing any music for years
The singer, who is currently on tour in China, recently wrote on Instagram: ‘I have been managing myself and killing it tbh, and I am in the process of sorting the business side (which is 90 per cent of this industry) of leaving a label after 19 years and splits and cuts and money and the list goes on and on and on . . . and I am a toddler Mum.’
Jessie previously revealed that she had rediscovered her ‘sparkle’ after becoming a mother as she reflected on finding her ‘new self’ as a parent.
The star, who suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage in 2021, wrote on Instagram: ‘The road to feeling like your new self after a baby is a slow one (in my opinion) and I’m still on it for sure…
‘BUT the way this little boy looks at me and loves me. Phew. He is bringing my sparkle back. Just look at the last picture.’
It comes after Jessie became the latest celebrity to fall victim to a rash of burglaries targeting wealthy residents in the greater Los Angeles area, with a number of famous people impacted.
More than $20,000 in jewelry was stolen from the abode of the English singer and songwriter following a break-in at her Southern California house.
Police told TMZ last month that the musical artist notified the authorities earlier this week as she arrived to her Los Angeles mansion and saw it had been robbed.
A back window of the Bang Bang performer’s home had been broken by robbers to gain access into the mansion, where they took the expensive jewelry.

Police said that no one has been taken into custody in connection with the crime involving the Flashlight vocalist’s mansion, but a probe into the case continues.
The Price Tag songstress – who performed at Manchester Pride in August – is the latest celebrity who has fallen victim to break-in robberies targeting wealthy residents.
In August, law enforcement officials revealed to TMZ that Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson’s cliffside home was broken into over the summer, as thieves smashed through the glᴀss to get inside a guest house on their property.
The actors had been out of their home town when the security alarm was triggered by the broken glᴀss – but this did not stop the criminals from entering the $26 million Pacific Palisades residence.

News of the Hanks home being broken into came nearly a year after the couple’s son, Chet, 34, encountered an intruder in his own home. At the time, it was reported that the suspect attacked the arresting officers at the scene, but Chet was unharmed.
Notable names such as Bhad Bhabie, Sarah Hyland, and Marlon Wayans have also been targeted in a string of recent burglaries in the area which have law enforcement concerned that criminal operations are becoming more brazen.
In July, Bhad Bhabie’s home was hit by burglars after thieves smashed through her back door before stealing items such as handbags and jewelry. Law enforcement entered the rapper’s home after the alarm was triggered shortly before 10 p.m. on July 12.
Authorities discovered signs of forced entry but none of those who broke into the property were found at the scene, although one man in a black hoodie was spotted fleeing by time cops arrived.
