The Giants are hoping that CeeDee Lamb is as good of a scout as he is a receiver.

Shortly after the last Super Bowl was played, Lamb joined his Cowboys teammate Micah Parson’s podcast to talk about the best receivers in the NFL.

He threw Giants 2022 second-round draft pick Wan’Dale Robinson’s name into the conversation.

“You know who’s really a sleeper?” Lamb said. “Wan’Dale Robinson from New York. He’s so fast. He’s so nice. His routes are crazy.”

It was eyebrow-raising at the time given that Robinson had just two receiving touchdowns and one 100-yard game to show for 21 games.

Skeptics ᴀssumed the praise must be one friend hyping up another, but that’s not the case at all.

“I’ve never had a conversation with him or anything like that,” Robinson told The Post. “We have the same trainer (Delfonte Diamond), but we’ve never been in the same session. Maybe he was like, ‘You should watch some of Wan’Dale’ or whatever? But I had no idea that was coming. People were sending it to me. It’s definitely nice to get love from your peers.”

Lamb and Robinson — who rank No. 1 and No. 10 in the league in targets this season — will share the field on Thanksgiving when the Giants visit the Cowboys.

The game will be Robinson’s second-to-last before pᴀssing the two-year anniversary of the ACL surgery that cut short his rookie season.

“Last year, I was really just trying to get my feet under me,” Robinson said. “When he said that, I was like, ‘Hmm,’ because I don’t think I was like myself at all in that tape. It was cool to see that, even being not all the way like myself, guys were still able to see that I was getting open.”

Lamb belongs in any conversation of the best receivers.

He is on pace to lead the NFL in catches for the second consecutive season — 77 in 11 games after 135 last season — but playing with backup quarterback Cooper Rush for the last three games has caused his yards-per-catch to dip to a career-low 10.9.

Robinson would celebrate that number. He is tied for 10th in catches (61) but ranks 59th in receiving yards (441) and 114th in air yards per target (4.3) because he has spent the season running routes in front of the first-down markers as the Giants bank on his ability to make tacklers miss in open space and gain yards after the catch.

In the first game after switching quarterbacks from the benched-then-released Daniel Jones to Tommy DeVito, the Giants tried to create a spark by handing off to Robinson on a fourth-and-1 jet sweep.

Robinson didn’t quite squeeze through the sea of bodies and failed to convert.

Neither Lamb nor Robinson will be in the playoffs this season, but perhaps they can meet for the first time before turkey dinner.

It was a missed opportunity after the Cowboys won their Week 4 matchup.

“I was a little too mad at myself to go to talk to anybody because I felt I could’ve played a whole lot better,” Robinson said. “I’ll definitely have to say something after this time.”
