Teddi Mellencamp will not be celebrating Thanksgiving with her estranged husband Edwin Arroyave this year amid their divorce. 

The reality TV personality, 43, and her now-ex, 47, reportedly have no plans to celebrate the upcoming holiday together with their three kids, per TMZ. 

According to the outlet, Mellencamp will bring daughters Slate, 12, Dove, three, and son Cruz, 10, to her father John Mellencamp’s home in Indiana for the holiday. 

This comes after Mellencamp said she has ‘taken accountability and apologized’ amid the scandal surrounding her alleged affair with her horse trainer.

This will be the first holiday season they won’t be spending together in 13 years as the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum announced her divorce from Arroyave earlier this month.

This year, Arroyave will instead be spending the day with his relatives, which includes his eldest daughter Isabella, from a previous relationship.

This update comes after Mellencamp filed new court documents amid their divorce. 

She updated her position on custody matters after initially seeking sole physical and legal custody of their three kids and only allowing Arroyave visitation rights.

Now, Mellencamp is requesting joint physical and legal custody, which aligns with Arroyave’s request for shared custody. 

This comes after Mellencamp filed for divorce from Arroyave, citing irreconcilable differences on November 1 and listed October 20 as their date of separation. 

And the day before, Mellencamp shared a defiant message amid the scandal surrounding her alleged affair. 

She claimed she found peace with her past wrongdoings as she opened up about her personal journey on Instagram. 

‘The only person who can change your life is you,’ she wrote alongside a video of herself working out. 

‘We have two options: pretend to be a victim or stand up and fight for yourself. We all deserve peace and happiness,’ she continued.

‘I have cried and mourned. I have taken accountability and apologized for things I have done wrong. Now, I have given myself permission to grow and thrive.’ 

Then, she concluded: ‘There are three sides to every story. How can I stand up and show up for the people that do matter? This is called being an adult. This is what saying it with my full chest means.’ 

Last week, Mellencamp addressed the headlines about her alleged infidelity with her married horse trainer Simon Schroeder on her podcast Two Ts in a Pod with Tamra Judge. 

‘What I can say, which I’m trying very… there’s multiple sides to every story,’ she said.

‘I’m sure everyone has seen everything all over the World Wide Web,’ she added.

Mellencamp was measured in her words when speaking on the sensitive topic.

‘I’m not going to confirm or deny anything,’ the accountability coach said, adding cryptically that ‘there’s many people involved’ in her current situation.

‘I once again, say the same statement I said before – the kids, they’re the priority; for the time being that’s all I’m going to discuss on this,’ Teddi said. ‘Small kids are involved, family members – you don’t want to throw other people under the bus.

‘When it comes to kids and other people’s lives that didn’t sign up for this or did sign up for this, I got to just take a beat.’

The blonde beauty said that while she isn’t ‘ready to process or talk about or involve the kids in’ certain issues centered around the split,’ she’s ‘still here,’ ‘showing up for work,’ and ‘doing the best that [she] can.’ 

Mellencamp and Schröeder allegedly cheated for months amid their respective marriages, and during a timeframe his wife Karli Postel had been expecting — and delivered — their second child, a source told DailyMail.com. 

Mellencamp’s timing in filing for divorce at the beginning of the month was a tactical move to stay ahead of the split and control the narrative, according to the source.
