Bhad Bhabie gave her first health update since revealing her cancer diagnosis after sparking concern among her fans over her very thin and frail appearance. 

While arriving to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Sunday, the performer, 21, admitted that she was ‘not prepared’ to speak about her health battle just yet. 

When asked how she has been holding up, the mom-of-one (born Danielle Bregoli) hesitantly shared that she was doing ‘okay’ before heading inside to catch her flight.

Just two days earlier, she stepped out for an early dinner at SugarFish in Calabasas, California with her boyfriend Le Vaughn. 

As the pair walked back to their car, Bhabie looked notably thinner while sticking close to her baby daddy, 26, as she sported an all-black outfit. 

She accessorized her casual ensemble with a ‘Pretty Hustler’ beanie with graffiti letters scrawled across the front, a quilted white handbag and fuzzy slippers.

After dining at the upscale sushi restaurant, the couple, who welcomed their first child together, daughter, Kali Love, in March, headed to McDonald’s drive thru for a sweet treat.

This marked the first time she was seen out in public since informing fans that her sudden weight loss was due to her ‘cancer medicine’ on Instagram.

Bhabie’s sighting comes after her mother, Barbara Ann Bregoli, confirmed that her daughter is battling cancer.

In an expletive-ridden video uploaded to her Instagram, Barbara said she was feeling ‘pretty heated right now at Maria, AKA Perez Hilton for going on YouTube and talking about my daughter releasing on her Instagram Story about her having cancer and saying he wouldn’t pᴀss it by her that she was making it up.’ 

‘How dare you,’ you little vile piece of s**t say my daughter would lie about something like that. Okay? You’re a dad!’ the star’s mom stated.

She went on to suggest the American blogger (born Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr.), 46, needs to focus on his two children Mario Armando Lavandeira III, 11, and Mia Alma Lavandeira, seven, who were both born via surrogate, and not hers.

‘Go find another way to make some money beside talking s**t about other people,’ she fired. ‘How dare you. And, I pray to God that none of your children never get cancer, okay? I’ve had it twice. How dare you say my daughter is faking this.’

According to Barbara’s Instagram bio, she has personally survived breast cancer twice.

Her post was in response to Perez’s YouTube video, тιтled ‘SHOCKING News! Bhad Bhabie Reveals Cancer Diagnosis. BUT….’

In the video, he asked his fans if they believed she was lying for attention.

‘I’m going to say it there is also a possibility that she might have pulled a Lil Tay. I don’t know if she’s lying, I’m not claiming she’s lying, I’m just knowing these types of people operate I wouldn’t put it past her to do something like this for attention,’ he said. 

Bhabie continued: ‘I hope that’s the case cuz it would suck if she had or still has cancer at such a young age.’

At this time, it is unknown what cancer Bhabie has or what treatments she has undergone.

Bhabie previously addressed concerns over her weight following her recent weight loss, which she said was the result of her ‘ cancer medicine.’

Despite mentioning the cancer medicine, she didn’t confirm if she has cancer, and she so far has not shared any more details about her health.

Bhabie shared her shocking news after recently reposting a pH๏τo of herself posing with her ex-boyfriend Le Vaughn, despite accusing him of domestic violence earlier this year.

She welcomed her first child, a baby daughter she shared with Le Vaughn, in March.

Bregoli seemed to launch her Instagram Stories post in response to concerned comments fans have made about her significantly slimmed-down figure.

‘I’m Sorry my cancer medicine made me loose weight. Im slowly gaining it back,’ she wrote. ‘So stop running w the worst narratives [sic].’

Earlier this year, she accused Le Vaughn of physically ᴀssaulting her, and she later posted video from June 30 of herself being ᴀssaulted in her home’s driveway 

The footage appeared to show her boyfriend throwing her to the ground, before hitting her and dragging her across the concrete 

As she shared the post on her Stories, fans couldn’t respond to the news.

But over on X (formerly Twitter), users shared their support for her and hoped for a positive outcome.

‘Bhad Bhabie’s strength shines through as she shares her diagnosis. Wishing her resilience and support on this journey,’ wrote one person.

‘Wtffff omg doesn’t she have an infant child? Praying for Bhad Bhabie, may she fully recover,’ another person wrote.

Another person added ‘Hope Bhad Bhabie can conquer cancer,’ despite her not sharing more about her condition.

One fan was even more blunt, writing ‘F*** cancer’ in a post, before adding, ‘We Are On Make Me Pray For You.’

That same day, Bhabie reposted a pH๏τo from her ex Le Vaughn’s account showing the two posing on a cliff while he wrapped an arm around her, after they had seemingly reunited.

Le Vaughn also shared a sweet video of their daughter Kali smiling for the camera.

A woman with heavily tattooed arms sat just next to her, and though her face wasn’t shown, it appeared to be Bregoli, as she has similar ʙuттerfly tattoos on her arms and wrists.

Earlier this year, she accused Le Vaughn of physically ᴀssaulting her, and she later posted video from June 30 of herself being ᴀssaulted in her home’s driveway.
