REVEREND RICHARD COLES
Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly begged I’m A Celebrity fans to stop voting for Dean McCullough to partake in Bushtucker Trials on Sunday.
The Geordie duo, both 49, appeared on I’m A Celebrity Unpacked after Dean – who has already done six out of eight challenges – was yet again picked to do the trial.
Ant has been getting increasingly frustrated towards Dean in the trials and even admitted he was ‘unprofessional’ last week after fans clocked his ‘furious’ reaction to the DJ quitting the challenge yet again.
In a desperate plea, Ant and Dec urged viewers to start voting for other celebrities, fuming ‘we aren’t getting to know the others!’
Ant said: ‘Right, let’s all [viewers] have a serious talk, I’m going to look directly down the camera here. I think it’s good to see other faces down there.’
He insisted: ‘This is not a personal thing. It’s not about Dean, it’s about us just seeing different people down there and I think we’d want to see different people down there being featured.

‘Some people, unfortunately aren’t getting [airtime]. I’d like to see Barry [McGuigan] do a trial, I’d like to see Melvin [Odoom] down there, Oti [Mabuse]!
‘This happens every year when someone gets voted multiple times, you just get to a point where you go “Who’s still voting for Dean?” I don’t get it.’
Dec added: ‘My thing is, I think we all know he’s going to react and how he’s going to do. I would like to see some other people.’
Viewers noticed during Thursday’s show last week that Ant was ‘lowkey mad’ at Dean, 32, for ‘not trying properly’ in his first two trials and so urged the radio host to ‘try harder’.
Ant addressed his reaction during an appearance on spin-off I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked, saying: ‘My annoyance came across on screen and I was quite unprofessional. You get to the point where you’re like what are you doing?’
As Dean arrived at his third trial in three days, Ant and Dec ran through the rules of Lethal Lab, adding he will be joined by cockroaches, crickets and mealworms, giant lizards, snakes and spiders.
Ant said: ‘Now Dean, I want to have a word with you. What happened yesterday? No stars. What happened the day before? You said I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here. You can only change the narrative by stick with it and getting on with it.’
During the very stern chat, Dean said to Ant: ‘I feel like I’m being told off by Ant and Dec.’
In Monday night’s upcoming episode, Ant barked ‘face your fears!’ at screeching Dean in a chaotic first look at the show
