Rebekah Vardy has surprisingly heaped praise on her WAG rival Coleen Rooney after she smashed her epic Bushtucker Trial on I’m A Celebrity on Sunday.
Since Coleen, 38, entered the jungle earlier this month, Rebekah, 42, has made no secret of what she thinks about her nemeses, branding her ‘dull’ while also wanting her to eat bull’s penis.
However, in a dramatic U-turn, the WAG has now commended Coleen for her efforts in her Absolute Car-nage trial with Dean McCullough in which she kept her cool while covered in cockroaches and rats.
Writing in her The Sun column, Rebekah – who was locked in the infamous ‘ Wagatha Christie ‘ trial with Coleen in 2022 – penned: ‘It’s blowing a gale at home but there’s definitely a rumble in the jungle.
‘Luckily it’s not in the campmates’ stomachs, as Teabag Dean had Coleen with him for Absolute Carnage and they managed to get nine stars.
‘I’m applauding Coleen. She really held her nerve as the mealworms, cockroaches and rats crawled all over her.’

Rebekah also went on to gush over her ‘number one’ celebrity Danny Jones while also sharing kind words about Reverend Richard Coles.
Her words are a far cry from her previous comments about Wayne Rooney’s wife, with the former jungle campmate noting that Coleen was ‘coming across as dull’, while previously expressing her hopes that she was forced to ‘eat penis or humble pie’.
Meanwhile, I’m A Celebrity viewers hailed Coleen a ‘warrior’ following her epic Bushtucker trial.
The mother-of-four was the latest celeb to face a brutal challenge as she was swarmed by cockroaches, rats, giant mealworms and crickets.
She impressed viewers as she remained calm throughout the grim trial – as they slammed Dean McCullough for ‘screaming’ as he was doused with slimy fish guts.
Fans of the show compared Coleen’s reaction to being covered in creepy critters to Dean’s gunge challenge as they criticised him for having an extreme reaction when she had it ‘far worse’ than him.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, fans wrote: ‘Coleen is a warrior….. COME ON COLEEN !!!’

Learning she had been voted to take on the next Bushtucker trial, named Absolute Carnage, alongside Dean, Coleen wasted no time racking her brain about what the trial might entail.
With nothing getting past the eagle-eyed star, she correctly predicted: ‘I think it’s gonna be a car.’
Ahead of the Bushtucker trial, Coleen said: ‘I’m excited for my boys back home to see me do something. Hopefully I’m gonna do well, I’m gonna try my best.’
