Billy Ray Cyrus posted a birthday tribute in honor of his daughter Miley Cyrus’ 32nd birthday.

The Achy Breaky Heart singer, 63, shared a slideshow of images from days gone by with Miley on Instagram.

‘Happy Birthday Mile !!! Hope it’s the best one ever! (I know I dropped the “y”. That’s what I called most of her life ❤️),’ he captioned the post.

Billy Ray shared a pic of himself with Miley as a baby, during her days on Hannah Montana and a more recent snap of the two of them performing on stage together at Glastonbury.

He also shared a collage of pH๏τos of himself with his daughter on his Instagram Stories.

Miley and her father have been estranged since he divorced her mother Tish Cyrus in April 2022.

But things got even worse between Miley and Billy Ray during his brief, ill-fated marriage to Firerose, 35.

An audio recording of the Old Town Road hitmaker surfaced over the summer in which Cyrus refers to his daughter as both the ‘devil’ and a ‘skank.’

He said, ‘Everyone knows that devil’s a skank,’ before going on to call Miley’s mother a ‘liar…a whore…and a cheat.’

Once the rant became public, Billy Ray tried to backtrack, saying his words were taken out of context, but Miley has had enough of her father’s antics.

A source told DailyMail.com that Miley was more hurt by the fact that her father was also revealed to have lashed out at her mother Tish, whom Billy never refers to by name, but instead calls ‘s**t’.

‘Honestly, Miley is not surprised that these words came out of his mouth,’ the insider said.

‘Miley is over caring about what Billy Ray has to say about her, her mom or her siblings. Miley is as independent of a woman as possible, and she refuses to let her dad, or any man, break her heart.’

Billy Ray shares three children with Tish – Miley, Braison, 30, and Noah Cyrus, 24.

He also has a son from a previous relationship and adopted Tish’s two children, Brandi, 37, and Trace, 35, when they married.

While Miley has yet to acknowledge her father’s birthday tribute, she did mark the special day with a social media post of her own.

She posted a gorgeous pH๏τo of herself on her Instagram Stories to thank her fans for their support and birthday wishes on Saturday.

‘Thank you all for the birthday wishes,’ she wrote next to the image of her wearing a black vest, pants and futuristic-looking sunglᴀsses.

‘My gift to my fans is celebrating my 6 million plaques with you,’ she added, as a golden number six was behind her.
