Mandy Moore shared some of her struggles as a working mom on social media late Friday night. 

The actress, 40, who recently unveiled her holiday card, has three kids under the age of five.

She shares August ‘Gus, three, and Oscar ‘Ozzie,’ two and Louise, aka ‘Lou,’ two months, with her husband Taylor Goldsmith, 39.

The This is Us actress, was open about her struggles to juggle home and work. 

In the first pH๏τo, Moore was nursing her swaddled infant while wearing her robe, explaining, ‘We’re both under the weather and I had work today but this spot with her is the one I’m always trying to get back to. Cozy in bed together.’

Moore wrote about enjoying ‘The sounds. The squish. Everything else melts away.’

Like many a working mother, the Only Hope singer shared a pH๏τo of herself dressed in a red ruched midi dress with black boots for a scene and revealing she was ‘pumping in the bathroom at work.’

She then shared an adorable pH๏τo with Lou wrapped in a towel, explaining after she returned home and given ‘this lady a bath.

Moore revealed the infant ‘loves the water,’ but ‘hates getting out and being cold,’ adding ‘Same here.’

The Screen Actors Guild award winner went on to ask for advice from her fans. 

‘What do I do to get my toddler to not wake up at 4:30 and then stay up?’ she queried.

‘I feel like I’m about to go crazy. This is not sustainable,’ the exhausted mom said.  

She then shared a picture of her darkened house with one of her kids ‘playing with his toys. Lights on.’ 

Moore thanked her fellow mothers for reminding her ‘it’s a phase,’ adding thing were made a bit more difficult by ‘Being super sick, with a newborn and a husband OOT.’

Like many a new mom who has returned back to work, Moore found herself pumping breast milk in the bathroom 

She share a sweet pose with her daughter Lou, two months, who was fresh out of the bath, sharing that the little one ‘loves the water’ 

The This is Us actress asked for and received advice about what to do with her toddlers who insist on getting up at 4:30 in the morning. She thanked her fans for reminding her it was ‘a phase,’ adding, ‘I’m ready for the next phase lol’ 

The actress and singer shares her three kids with husband Taylor Goldsmith, 38.  The musician is currently on the road with is band Dawes  9Pictured in Santa Monica, CA in January)

The couple recently celebrated their sixth anniversary, with Moore explaining on Instagram her husband had flown in to spend 24 hours with the family before hitting the road again. 

The current leg of the tour was scheduled to go through December 15. 

‘I’m ready for the next phase LOL,’ the tired Moore stated.
