Porsha Williams scored another legal victory against her ex Simon Guobadia.
According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, a Georgia court in Fulton County awarded the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 43, “temporary, sole and exclusive possession, use and occupancy” of her and Guobadia’s shared residence.
The order included permission for Williams to have the “unrestricted right to film and produce television, film or social media” content on the premises. The docs also stated that Guobadia, 60, shall “execute any and all documents necessary to facilitate.”
Guobadia and Williams have been at odds since the reality star filed for divorce in February after 15 months of marriage. This isn’t Williams’ first legal win in her divorce. While Guobadia contested his and Williams’ prenuptial agreement, a judge ruled in September that the document was “empirically fair.”

The aftermath of Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia’s split hasn’t been breezy. News broke on February 23 that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star filed for divorce from Guobadia after 15 months of marriage. Williams’ social media showed no signs of trouble in paradise and she still had her married name in her bio at […]
Earlier this year, Williams claimed in court documents obtained by Radar Online in March, that Guobadia changed the locks on their Atlanta residence. While she was ultimately able to enter the home via a side gate, Williams alleged that the move was “vindictive and retaliatory” against her because she wanted “to divorce him.”
Williams and Guobadia signed the prenup prior to their 2022 wedding. The purpose behind the agreement was “to avoid contested and expensive litigation, including the costly and potentially intrusive discovery process” in the event of a divorce, per docs obtained by Us at the time.

News of the couple’s split came one week after it was announced that Williams was returning to RHOA following a three-year hiatus. (Williams was on the cast from seasons 5 through 13.)
“I’m incredibly thankful for the vision and faith NBCUniversal has put in me to be a larger part of their family,” Williams shared in a February statement. “I’m looking forward to being back on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and showing the world my new world!”
