Her attorney is also asking the court to consider whether an insanity defense could become relevant to her case. Any such argument would ultimately depend on medical evaluations and the court’s legal findings—not simply the defense request.

Meanwhile, Gary Siders Sr. has reportedly signed his bond agreement and could leave custody under strict conditions, including GPS monitoring and random screenings.
