💙👶 THEY SAW A BABY ON THE NEWS — THEN LEARNED HE WAS THEIR SON ✨🏡

Thanksgiving week in 2015 was supposed to be a simple family holiday. Todd and his wife were preparing for a trip when their adoption agency suddenly asked them to come in and sign paperwork. They had no idea their lives were about to change forever. ❤️

📺 Just before leaving, Todd mentioned a news story about a newborn baby boy who had been left safely at an urgent care clinic. His wife quietly wondered, “Do you think that’s our baby?”

She had no idea how close she was to the truth.

🚗 At the adoption agency, the staff seemed unusually emotional. Instead of giving her paperwork, they handed her an article about the same newborn.

Then came the words she would never forget:

💙 “He’s waiting for you in the NICU. He’s yours.”

Overwhelmed with shock and joy, she returned home and showed Todd the article.

“He’s ours,” she told him. 🥹❤️

The family rushed to the hospital, bringing a tiny blanket, a stuffed elephant, and baby essentials. In the NICU, the little boy was still identified only as “Baby Boy Unknown.” But that was about to change. 👶🧸

✨ He eventually came home with his new family, and nearly a year later, on November 11, 2016, his adoption became official.

Today, he is described by his family as a healthy, energetic little boy — their joyful “little tornado.” 🌈💙
