🥺💙 11 MINUTES UNDERWATER. 52 MINUTES OF CPR. AND NOW, A REASON TO HOPE.

One-year-old Weston was in the car with his mother, Carissa, when their vehicle left the road and entered a pond in Michigan. The family believes Carissa may have suffered a seizure while driving. 💔

Weston remained underwater for an estimated 11 minutes before first responders reached him. They performed CPR for 52 minutes before finally getting his pulse back.

His family called that “Miracle #1.” 🙏✨

Weston was airlifted to a children’s hospital with life-threatening injuries. His mother was also hospitalized, and doctors later witnessed another seizure that helped them understand what may have caused the crash.

Then came the news the family had been praying for.

After meeting with Weston’s neurology team, his parents were told that their little boy is going to survive. 💙

They call this “Miracle #2.”

But Weston’s journey is far from over. His family says he may spend many months — possibly more than a year — in the hospital, and doctors still cannot know exactly how his brain and body will recover.

So now, they are praying for Miracle #3. 🕊️
