🚨 OHIO’S “HOUSE OF HORRORS” CASE: NEW COURT DEVELOPMENT PUTS THE SIDERS FAMILY BACK IN THE SPOTLIGHT

A major new development has emerged in the Ohio case involving the Siders family, but it is different from the evidence-disclosure claim suggested in the headline. The latest confirmed update is that Gary Siders Sr., 73, has been found mentally incompetent to stand trial after a court-ordered evaluation concluded that his cognitive condition was not restorable. A Vinton County judge accepted the evaluation on September 9.
Siders Sr. faces 16 child-endangerment charges connected to the June 30 rescue of 16 children from a home in Hamden, Ohio. His attorney said Siders had been experiencing declining mental health for years and did not fully understand or appreciate the legal proceedings. Prosecutor William Archer did not challenge the competency finding.
