🚨💔 OUTRAGE OVER JACK ROOKE CASE: 42-MONTH SENTENCE AND A SHOCKING ATTEMPT TO COVER TRACKS

Seven-year-old Jack Rooke lost his life after being struck by a BMW driven by Nathan Shaw in Golcar, Huddersfield, in August 2023. Three years later, Shaw has been sentenced to 42 months in pr#son after pleading guilty to causing d#ath while driving uninsured and two offences involving attempts to pervert the course of justice.
The sentence has sparked anger, particularly because the court heard that Shaw had attempted to create false insurance documents after the crash. Reports say he had also been stopped by police before the tragedy and warned that he was not insured to drive the vehicle.

Judge Simon Phillips KC reportedly described Shaw’s efforts to cover his tracks as a “tissue of lies.” Shaw was also disqualified from driving for 57 months.
Jack’s mother described the devastating impact of losing her son, saying she could never accept that he was gone and that she would “never be who I used to be.” His family continues to face the unimaginable grief of losing a seven-year-old child.
For Jack’s family, the court sentence may have brought a legal conclusion — but it cannot undo the l#ss of a little boy whose life was taken far too soon.
