💔⚽ 18-YEAR-OLD COLLEGE SOCCER PLAYER ALLEGEDLY KILLED BY BOYFRIEND — HIS MOTHER IS ACCUSED OF HELPING COVER IT UP

The promising future of Karoline Heintz, an 18-year-old soccer player preparing to begin her freshman year at Pennsylvania Western University, was tragically cut short. 💔⚽

According to Pennsylvania State Police and court documents, Karoline met her boyfriend, 18-year-old Royce Moser, outside his father’s home on August 19 to talk about their relationship. While sitting in her Jeep, an argument allegedly began. 🚗😔

Investigators say Moser later claimed that he became angry and that a “demon” took over and told him to stab Karoline. He allegedly went inside the house, returned with a kitchen knife, and attacked her. 💔

Afterward, authorities allege that Moser placed Karoline’s body in the back of her Jeep and drove to his mother Rachel Moser’s home, asking for help. 🥺

According to court documents, Rachel allegedly helped her son clean the vehicle and provided him with gloves and other materials. The pair then allegedly left Karoline’s vehicle near the California Borough Library, with her body still inside. 🚨

Karoline’s family became increasingly worried when she failed to arrive where she was expected. A welfare check eventually led police to the Jeep, where officers discovered her body. 💔🕊️

Both Royce and his mother were arrested and face multiple criminal charges. Royce is accused of criminal homicide, while Rachel faces charges related to allegedly tampering with evidence and helping her son avoid apprehension. The allegations remain subject to the criminal court process. ⚖️

Karoline had recently graduated from Peters Township High School and was preparing to begin an exciting new chapter as a PennWest California soccer player. Her teammates and school community have remembered her as a talented and joyful young woman whose future was filled with promise. ⚽🌷

Her death has left her family, friends and teammates devastated.

A young woman who should have been preparing for her first college soccer season instead became the center of a heartbreaking criminal investigation. 💔⚽🕊️

Karoline’s story is a painful reminder that behind every headline is a young life, a grieving family, and dreams that were never given the chance to unfold. 🙏💙
