At just 5 years old, this little boy sat quietly in a hospital bed, an oxygen tube beneath his nose, his tiny hands clasped together in prayer. In front of him, a simple handmade sign:
“I WAS JUST DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER… WILL YOU GIVE ME YOUR AMEN?”
No child should ever have to understand words like “cancer.”
No child should face fear like this.
And yet… he is.
Behind that moment is a family holding on through sleepless nights, whispered prayers, and the kind of fear no parent can explain. But in the middle of it all… there’s still hope.
