Hudson’s Progress: A Day of Hope and Steady Steps Forward

Update on baby Hudson – 04/20/2026

Today brought encouraging news.

Hudson had a good day—one filled with small but meaningful progress. His care team was able to lower his nitric oxide support to 10, a step that shows his body is beginning to tolerate less assistance. 🏥

With his primary doctor back, there is now a clear plan moving forward: to gradually reduce the nitric every 12 hours, as long as Hudson continues to handle it well and his oxygen levels remain stable.

At the same time, doctors have restarted his medication for Pulmonary Hypertension. The goal is to have it working in his system early—so as the nitric support is lowered further, his body will already have the support it needs.

The hope is simple, but powerful:

That Hudson won’t need to go back on nitric once he fully comes off. ✨

Each step may seem small, but together they mean progress. And right now, that’s everything.

Please continue keeping this sweet boy in your thoughts as he keeps moving forward—one steady step at a time.
