Story: The trailer opens on Gang-tae (Kim Soo-hyun) and Moon-young (Seo Ye-ji) in their fairy‑tale house, older, quieter… and drifting apart.

Moon-young’s new book about “happily ever after” is stuck on a blank page, while Gang-tae returns to the psychiatric ward as a counselor, hiding his own panic attacks behind a smile.

When a mysterious children’s author arrives at the hospital—writing twisted versions of Moon-young’s stories—old wounds reopen: abandonment, guilt, and the fear that their love was just a temporary cure.

Quick cuts show Moon-young tearing up manuscripts, Gang-tae collapsing in a crowded subway, Sang-tae’s drawings turning darker, and a final confrontation in the rain: “If we’re both broken again… can we still choose each other?”
