Mathis Landwehr stars as Michael Rivers, a karate champion who promises his daughter Bree that his latest tournament victory will be his last. But when shady businessman Ron Hall (Matthias Hues) offers him a spot in an illegal underground Kumite in Bulgaria and then kidnaps his daughter, Michael has no choice but to enter the deadly no-rules fight to save her life.
Joined by fellow forced fighters including Damon Spears (Kurt McKinney), and guided by legendary trainers Master Loren (Billy Blanks) and Julie Jackson (Cynthia Rothrock), Michael must battle the world’s deadliest martial artists. Along the way, he discovers he’s not alone — other warriors are fighting for their loved ones too.
