Arielle was born with severe spinal muscular atrophy, a rare and life-limiting condition that affects movement and breathing. From the very beginning, her life required continuous medical support. She cannot sit on her own, walk, or breathe without the assistance of machines.

For many families, such a diagnosis often leads to a life centered entirely around hospital care and strict limitations. But Arielle’s story took a different path because of her mother, Isabelle.

Instead of allowing life to be defined only by restrictions, Isabelle made a deeply courageous choice—to focus on experience, connection, and the world beyond hospital walls.

Traveling with Arielle is far from simple. Every journey requires careful planning and preparation, including more than 13 essential medical devices such as ventilators, oxygen systems, feeding pumps, and mobility equipment. Each trip demands constant attention, energy, and resilience.
