Today is my birthday.

A day that’s supposed to feel special… filled with messages, small surprises, or at least a simple “happy birthday.”

But when I checked my phone today—
there was nothing.

No notifications.
No messages.
Just silence.

It made me wonder…
do people remember me at all?
Or am I just someone easy to forget in the middle of everyone else’s busy lives?

I’m not asking for gifts.
Not asking for anything big.

Just a small message.
A simple “happy birthday.”

Something to remind me that I matter.

But maybe… today is teaching me something different.

Maybe it’s not just about who remembers—
but about remembering myself.

Because even if no one else says it…

Today still matters.
My life still matters.

And maybe that’s enough to hold onto.
