Meghan Trainor is getting real about her plans to go under the knife.

“I’m getting a boob job,” Trainor, 30, quipped during the Wednesday, November 20, episode of her “Workin’ On It” podcast. “My mommy boobies were full of milk and now they’re empty and then they’re full of milk and now they’re empty. They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small.”

She continued, “I’ve lost some weight and I have, like, saggy sacks as boobs.”

Trainor gave birth to son Riley in 2021 and son Barry in 2023, both of whom she shares with husband Daryl Sabara.

The Grammy-winning singer further revealed that her breast augmentation plans also resulted from recent wardrobe struggles.

“What’s really difficult is when I’m trying on all these amazing outfits for tour and for shows coming up, I have to wear the most supportive bras,” Trainor stated on the podcast. “It could ruin the outfit and they squeeze my sides. I’ve always joked and said for years, like, ‘I can’t wait till I can get a boob job!’”

Trainor’s brother and podcast cohost, Ryan, concurred that she “has said this since she was 16.”

“I have wanted this my whole life,” Trainor continued. “So, I’m gonna have boobies that don’t look at the floor and it’s gonna be huge. They’re not gonna be big, sorry, they’re going to be tiny. I mean, it’s going to be huge for my confidence.”

According to Trainor, she only plans to undergo a “lift.”

“And maybe a little implant so they are like, ‘We are boobs,’ because right now they are not,” Trainor explained. “I love them, love my body. I’ve been wanting this for years. I did a lot of consults  … [and] saw multiple doctors, took my managers to help me decide because they’re my best friends in life.”

Sabara, 32, even went with Trainor to multiple consulting sessions to try and pick out the perfect size.

“So, that’s what I’m working on: Too much Botox and a boob job,” she joked. “I’m so L.A., dude. I can’t even smile.”

Trainor previously revealed on an August 2023 episode of the podcast that she had been getting Botox injections for several years.

“I just want to freeze myself right here, I want to look like this forever,” she quipped at the time. “But I don’t need Botox as much as they say. Mine lasts so long, it’s great.”

Trainor has long been a fierce body-positive advocate, which she admittedly had to relearn after experiencing pregnancy weight gain and childbirth.

“There was a lot of bad self-talk in my household [growing up],” she told Yahoo! Life in a 2023 interview. “My mom is very hard on herself and my dad is like a jokester, but not in a good way. If he’s trying to give you advice on something, he’ll kind of pick on you and that’s his way of like, helping you. But it’s traumatic. I took him to therapy back in the day so he knows.”

She added, “I’m trying to rewire my brain so that my future daughter and son don’t think like that as well.”
