Every 23rd spring, the Creeper (Jonathan Breck) wakes to hunt the backroads of America, harvesting eyes, hearts and terror from anyone foolish enough to cross his path. Sheriff’s deputy Maya Redbird (Amber Midthunder), a survivor of an unexplained massacre years before, is the first to connect the bodies skinned and strung from trees with the mutilated “artwork” the Creeper leaves behind. Teaming up with federal tracker Cole Briggs (Boyd Holbrook), she realizes her town has become a three‑way killing floor: humans in the middle, a demon who smells their fear, and a Predator collecting trophies from them both.
