I’m 18… And I Just Became a Mom

I’m 18… And I Just Became a Mom

It’s not how I imagined my life would unfold, but here I am — holding this tiny life against my chest, doing my best to be brave. My family doesn’t fully accept it, and sometimes I feel the weight of that. But still, I’m here, doing everything I can for this little one who already has my heart.

I’m young, scared, and learning as I go… but the love I have for my baby is bigger than anything I ever expected. Every day is a new challenge, a new lesson, but also a new opportunity to love fiercely, to protect, and to grow together.

All I’m asking for is a little kindness, a little warmth, and a few blessings as we begin this journey — just me, and my little one. Because even on the hardest days, this love is everything.

Lula’s Victory: A Journey from Fear to Freedom

For most of her little life, Lula has known the weight of hospital rooms, long nights, and the quiet fears her parents tried so hard to hide. Two-thirds of her childhood was shaped by cancer—by chemo, by treatments that felt too heavy for a child to carry, by days where hope seemed distant.

But today… the chapter closed.
Today, Lula finished treatment.
Today, her scans came back perfect.
And today, we whisper the words her family prayed for over and over: she is officially cancer-free.

In the midst of every trial, God was faithful. Even when fear tried to steal their peace, He held them steady, never letting go. His presence was with them in the darkness, guiding them toward the light of this victory.

As Lula begins a new chapter, we lift her to the Lord with grateful hearts, knowing that healing is only just beginning. Heavenly Father, we thank You for the strength You have given this little warrior, for the courage that kept her going, and for the promise of health and joy that lies ahead.

Lord, cover her with Your peace, guide her every step, and let this new season be filled with restored joy, radiant health, and the bright future she deserves. We pray that Your hand continues to rest gently over her life and her future, and that every moment moving forward is one of grace and healing.

If your heart feels moved, please type AMEN, leave a heart , or simply stand in quiet prayer for this precious girl and her amazing journey of strength.
