Myles was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), a rare and life-threatening condition where the left side of the heart does not develop properly. As if that weren’t enough, Myles also faces an Atrioventricular Septal Defect (AVSD), meaning there are holes in the center of his heart and issues with the valves that regulate blood flow.
