TRANSFORMERS 5 (2025)

They actually did it – they brought Shia LaBeouf back as Sam Witwicky, and holy scrap, it hits different. After years away, Sam’s older, battered, and honestly kind of done with giant robots ruining his life… until the war comes knocking one last time. Laura Haddock steps in as the new leading lady and the chemistry with Shia feels raw and real amid all the chaos.

This isn’t just explosions (though there are plenty ). It’s surprisingly emotional watching Sam wrestle with everything the Autobots cost him. The action is insane – city-leveling battles, Quintessa’s return, some wild new Transformers – but the heart is Sam finally facing the man the war turned him into.
Visually? Peak Michael Bay evolution: gorgeous slow-mo mayhem mixed with practical stunts that make you go “how did they film that?!” Bumblebee still steals every scene he’s in .

It’s messy, loud, over-the-top, and I loved every second. The ending left me legitimately shaken.
