It’s truly laughable to hear Rep. Al Green call Gavin Newsom a “future president” when the man can’t even balance a budget in his own state without a multibillion-dollar “structural deficit”. While a cheering crowd in Houston might be easily swayed by slick talk, the American people are looking at the 72% explosion in state spending under Newsom that has left California with a chronic $20 billion to $35 billion annual shortfall.

From promising 3.5 million new homes and delivering only a fraction, to declaring himself the “homeless czar” while the crisis only worsened, Newsom’s record is a buffet of broken promises and failed leadership.

We don’t need a “radical” who has turned the Golden State into a cautionary tale of high taxes and mismanagement to bring those same “solutions” to the White House. Hype and social media trolling might win over a partisan rally, but it will never replace the results and common sense the MAGA movement has restored to this country.
