Plot: Years after vanishing into the dunes  , a scarred drifter (Van Damme) returns to a border town built on stolen oil and buried bodies. A brutal warlord (Bautista) now rules with a private army, using an infamous enforcer (Adkins) to erase anyone who remembers the old massacre  .

When a young woman arrives with proof of what really happened—and a blood tie to the drifter—quiet bars become war zones, fuel convoys explode under night skies   and sandstorms turn shootouts into ghostly duels.

Old guilt collides with new revenge as three killers are drawn into one last, blistering showdown amid burning tankers and collapsing canyons.
