The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Shannon Beador is responding to ex John Janssen’s new interview.
“I don’t care,” Beador, 60, proclaimed on the Thursday, November 28, episode of SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live radio show. “Do your interview, whatever you need to say, and then go away. I paid you your money. Go away. I don’t want to talk about you anymore.”
On Wednesday, November 27, Janssen, 62, sat down with Entertainment Tonight after RHOC concluded its three-part reunion to discuss various story lines and the $75,000 lawsuit he filed against his ex. (They later settled for $60,000.)
“There was so much out there that was inaccurate and that the final reunion scene kinda capped that off and that made my decision then, I have to talk and just set the record straight,” he shared with ET. “I’m doing this for me and for setting the record straight for truth. So, I’m speaking to that portion of the audience that wants to hear the truth and wants to be reasonable to me. And then once I talk, I’m done.”

Shannon Beador is over working with Alexis Bellino — but would Shannon really let Alexis prevent her from returning to The Real Housewives of Orange County? Us Weekly caught up with Shannon, 60, at Emily Simpson’s RHOC reunion watch party on Thursday, November 14, supporting The Innocence Center, and she clarified her past comments about […]
While Beador told Jeff Lewis she had yet to listen to the interview, she quickly clarified one allegation from Janssen’s fiancé, Alexis Bellino.
After Bellino alleged via Instagram that “John gave [Shannon] a discount” by agreeing to a $60,000 settlement, Beador said she wasn’t going to pay a dollar more.
“His attorney said, ‘Can she just go up a couple grand?’” Beador recalled. “I go, ‘Listen, it’s $60,000 and if he doesn’t take that, I’ll see him in court.’”

Beador started dating Janssen in 2019. They were together for nearly four years before calling it quits in January 2023.
In March, Janssen sued his ex-girlfriend for breach of oral contract and promissory fraud, claiming that she failed to repay him $75,000 for a facelift. While Beador previously offered a sum in exchange for a non-disparagement agreement, Janssen refused.
Now that they’ve settled the suit, both Beador and Janssen say they are hoping to move forward with their lives by keeping some distance.
“This is the great part of my life. I have literally never been happier,” Janssen told ET. “I mean, Lex and I were so meant for each other. We literally, we are never apart. Zero hiccups, it was meant to be.”

As for Beador, she has no interest in filming with Janssen and Bellino again.
“If they choose to bring Alexis back on the show, enjoy, but I’m not filming with you,” she told Us earlier this month. “I’d be grateful to come back. But if Alexis Bellino comes back, sorry, not gonna be around [her].”
