Kiwa Louise Jane entered the world at just 24 weeks — fragile, tiny, and facing a battle from her very first breath.

Her journey through the NICU was one of constant uncertainty.

Through emergency surgeries, through difficult milestones, Kiwa showed a strength far beyond what anyone could expect from such a small life.

Then, on June 10th, just after a successful surgery, something unexpected happened.

An infection.

Sudden.
Unforgiving.

And in a moment, everything changed.

Kiwa passed away.
